Since we are all working people, our loan officers realize your time is limited and valuable. We will make every effort to take your application by phone, by mail, or in person. We can arrange to take your application in the evenings, on the weekends or during regular business hours.

We utilize limited documentation and pre-approvals. We will close your loan faster so you can move into your new home sooner. Limited documentation allows you to use your bank statements, pay stubs, and W-2's in lieu of written documentation to substantiate your income and cash assets.

Pre-Approvals

Extended Rate Locks

While your home is being built, you have the option of being assured a set interest rate. Rate locks under 60 days are free. Rate locks from 60 days to 270 days have a one time fee.
