Sandy is an experienced, knowledgeable professional with over 25 years of mortgage lending service in the Bluegrass area.

Sandy discovered her love for the financial world while working on her business degree at Marshall University in Huntington, W.Va.. She worked part-time for a financial institution that financed everything from Mack trucks to mobile homes.

She started her home mortgage lending career after moving to Lexington over 25 years ago. She has helped thousands of families to realize their dream of owning a home. Sandys' passion has been to help first-time-homebuyers obtain 100% financing utilizing her knowledge of such programs as Kentucky Housing: FHA: VA: Rural Housing, and conventional lending. She is especially proud to have clients come back to finance their second and third homes, buy investment properties, and refer their friends, children and grandchildren when they are ready to purchase a home.

Sandy and her husband John are active in their church, and love to go camping and sightseeing in their RV. But most of all they are enjoying their grandchildren.
